MobiGate Refund and Cancellation Policy

As MobiGate (https://mobigate.io), we trust the quality of our mobile proxy services and the strength of our infrastructure. However, since the service is a digital product and, by its nature, can be used/consumed instantly, our refund and cancellation processes are subject to specific and strict rules. Every Customer who purchases a service from our platform is deemed to have accepted the refund and cancellation terms below in advance.

1. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal (Digital Product Rule)

Mobile proxy services purchased via MobiGate are considered “services performed instantly in electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer”. Therefore, pursuant to Article 15/1-ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts of the Republic of Türkiye, after the purchase is completed and proxy information is delivered to the customer, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal (unconditional refund right) does not apply.

2. Situations Where Refunds Will Absolutely Not Be Granted

In the following cases, no partial or full refund will be provided to the Customer:

Violation of the Service Agreement
If the customer’s account is suspended or closed due to using the proxy service for illegal activities, spam, phishing, DDoS attacks, excessive bandwidth abuse, or on platforms prohibited by the agreement (e.g., Vinted).
User-related issues
Failure to integrate proxy settings correctly into the customer’s own software or browser, issues on the customer’s local internet connection, or purchasing the wrong location/package.
Third-party blocks
MobiGate does not guarantee that allocated IPs will never be blocked (banned) on a target website (Google, social media platforms, private e-commerce websites, etc.). A target website blacklisting a proxy IP is not considered a valid refund reason.
Change of mind
Refund requests due to reasons such as “I stopped using the service”, “I canceled my project”, or “I never used the proxy”.

3. Exceptional Cases Where a Refund May Be Granted

A refund may be approved only in the case of severe technical defects caused by MobiGate’s infrastructure that cannot be remedied, at the management’s discretion and following technical assessment:

Service cannot be delivered
Despite payment, proxy credentials cannot be allocated to the Customer within 24 hours due to a technical error in the system and no alternative solution can be provided.
Prolonged infrastructure outage
A general failure in MobiGate servers or mobile network infrastructure causes the service to be unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours, and backup proxies cannot be provided (in this case, only the proportional cost of the unusable days may be refunded).

4. Service Cancellation and Renewal

Prepaid system
MobiGate services operate on a prepaid basis. If you want to cancel your subscription or service, simply do not renew for the next billing period.
End-of-term expectation
If you cancel an active proxy service, you may continue using the service until your current quota or term ends. No refunds are issued for remaining days in case of early cancellation.

5. Refund Process and Processing Times

If you believe that the eligibility conditions for a refund are met, you must apply to [email protected] with your detailed reasoning and technical evidence.

Your request will be reviewed by our technical team within 1-3 business days.
If approved, the amount will be returned to the payment method used (credit/debit card).
The refund being processed by your bank or payment provider (e.g., Stripe, PayTR) and reflected on your statement may take 7 to 14 business days depending on your bank’s procedures.
