MobiGate KVKK Information Notice

As MobiGate, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we would like to inform you, as the “Data Controller”, about the purposes for which we process your personal data and the parties with whom we may share it.

1. What Personal Data Do We Process?

During your use of our services, we process your identity information (first name, last name), contact information (email address), financial data (billing information, payment amounts) and transaction security data (login IP address, connection date/time stamps, proxy usage logs).

2. For What Purposes and Legal Grounds Do We Process Your Data?

Your personal data is collected and processed through automated means based on the legal grounds set forth in Article 5 of KVKK: “being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract”, “being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations”, and “being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”.

Within this scope, your data is used for the following purposes:

Starting your mobile proxy service, managing your account, and providing technical support.
Carrying out billing and payment transactions securely.
Fulfilling mandatory legal log (traffic trace) obligations under Law No. 5651.
Ensuring system security and preventing abuse/fraud.

3. To Whom Do We Transfer Your Personal Data and For What Purpose?

MobiGate does not sell or rent your personal data for commercial purposes. Your data may be transferred only to fulfill our legal obligations and to provide the service, to:

Licensed secure payment institutions (e.g., PayTR, Stripe) to process payments.
Our certified public accountant/financial consultancy firm for official accounting processes.
Authorized public institutions in case of a legal obligation (Public Prosecutor’s Offices, Courts, ICTA/BTK, Law Enforcement).

4. What Are Your Rights Under KVKK?

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to know the purpose of processing, to learn the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction of incomplete/incorrect data, and (subject to mandatory retention periods such as the 2-year log retention obligation under Law No. 5651) to request deletion of your data.

To exercise these rights and submit your requests, you may contact us in writing from your registered email address at [email protected]. Your requests will be finalized free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
